David obtained a BA Hons Degree in Geography from the University of Manchester and a Diploma in Urban Planning from Oxford Brookes University. He became professionally qualified and elected as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1995.

David has an in-depth knowledge of land use planning, with particular experience in residential development.

Adrian has considerable experience in all aspects of land use planning and development, but specialises in small to large scale residential projects.

Since his appointment, in July 1997, as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Adrian has advised a wide variety of companies and organisations throughout the country. He has provided exceptional planning and professional services to a wide range of corporate and private individuals, including national house builders.

He is presently involved with a number of projects that require extensive discussion and negotiation with Local Planning Authorities and Statutory Consultees. He is also heading active public consultation exercises and the presentation of expert evidence in a variety of planning applications and appeals.

Jon obtained an MPlan in Town and Country Planning from the University of Manchester and became elected as a character member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2012.

He has gained experience within a variety of planning consultancies within the Northwest, with a focus on development management and urban design. Jon is accomplished in the project management of all stages of the planning process: from business development through to project delivery for both residential and commercial schemes, and benefits from a wide range of experience, including development management, resolution of enforcement issues and representing clients at appeal.

Neil has in excess of 27 years' experience in the residential sector, having worked for both Private Practice and Large Housing Developers in and around the South East.

He is adept at juggling the balance between architectural merit and the aesthetics of any given scheme with, more often than not, the conflicting constraints imposed by Local Planning Authorities. He efficiently progresses inimitable design concepts through to Planning Approval whilst retaining a keen eye on construction costs for the client.

Since graduating from the University of Manchester with a Masters Degree in Town and Country Planning, Queenie has added to her insight of the planning system, working in Macclesfield and Stockport before coming to Partners in Planning and Architecture. Queenie has experience in submitting planning applications involving development within Greenbelt land, agricultural land, conservation areas and near listed buildings, she expertly aids both David and Adrian in the projects they undertake.
