The neck is distressed but didn't seem to get any worse when laundered

It's made from many yards of sheer green fabric and has a large red poinsettia sequin applique at the waist

It buttons up the front and there are also decorative buttons on the back of the collar

Condition issues - I found 2 pin sized marks
