Recognised for its twisted, irregular trunk, rough bark, and striking, variable leaves that range from lance shaped to lobed, this tree is reasonably drought tolerant for a poplar and adapted to saline soils. Will grow up to 1015 meters tall. Quite rare in Australia and seldom offered.
