Made in Haiti from fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, its aged for eight years in oak barrels to develop real structure and flavor. The nose gives off caramel, toasted sugar cane, and a subtle earthy note that feels grounded. On the palate, its dry and layered think soft spice, roasted nuts, vanilla, and a trace of fruit. Theres
