Coming from the oldest running co op in all of Haiti, there's nothing quite like a cup of the Haitian Blue. Done to a full city (light) roast to best showcase the bean's natural flavor, the Haitian Blue makes for a mellow, well balanced cup with a buttery mouthfeel and notes of roasted almonds. Expect a medium body and smooth, creamy finish thanks to its low acidity. Delicious!
