Babatise 2023 apples or simply on its ownA unique and innovative white wine from Clos Bateau, born out of creative necessity after the loss of part of the Sauvage. Babatise combines biodynamically grown Sylvaner, Riesling, and a touch of Gewrztraminer from Alsace, sourced from schist rich soils. With a peachy hue and a velvety texture imparted by aging on the lees of Mayga (Gamay), this wine defies convention while delivering a fresh and intriguing experience. Grapes: Sylvaner, Riesling,
