A set of sounds, collages and extracts gleaned here and there, dynamized by intense vocal parts, it would continue to influence a lot of other groups in the years that followed. Without Front 242's Front by Front, there would never have been a Nine Inch Nails. An important album in the discography of the founding fathers of EBM, Front 242 created it's own path and then laid the foundations for industrial electronic music.
