Antique Victorian 1896 Boots Pure Drug Company Jewellery Box CHILDREN Vintage 1940s glass dress clipsAntique Victorian jewellery box featuring a decorative silver top and moulded glass pot. The box has a number of marks, the 'Lion Passant, letter 'M' and a anchor markings indicate the piece was made from sterling silver and hallmarked in Birmingham, England in 1896. The lid fits snug onto the glass bottom. The box has the makers mark BPDC, crafted by Boots Pure Drug Company. Boots as established in 1849 by John Boot a herbal medicine shop in
