COVID-19 Update

In light of the ever-escalating implications of Covid-19, we are writing to reassure you that since the outbreak of this global pandemic, we have spent some time reviewing our approach to best ensure a seamless delivery of our services to all.

I am pleased to announce that as of this week, we have finalised our IT systems and other business infrastructure to enable smart working from home.  You can therefore continue to contact us all as normal, and we will endeavour to deliver the high levels of service you rightly expect.

Please can we ask that you make contact by email or via the direct dial number the person you are trying to contact, calls will be automatically diverted to mobiles.  Full contact details can be found on our meet the team page.

We continue to evolve and adapt our practices as may be required to deliver a first-class service to our clients throughout the weeks and months ahead.   We will of course continue to adhere strictly to Government advice, whilst remaining fully committed to providing an ongoing service to everyone across all areas of our business.

The wellbeing of our clients, employees, our third-party service providers and their respective families are at the forefront of our minds.  In order to minimise risks to all, non-essential travel and meetings will be avoided.  Face-to-face interaction will continue through various video platforms if required, as well as other usual channels of communication.

We trust you will keep safe during this challenging period and our thoughts are very much with those who have been and continue to be affected by this virus.
